An Italian Montessorian, Laura read a Masters in Pedagogy before completing a BA in Early Childhood Studies, incorporating the MCI foundation degree in Montessori Practice.

She brings 7 years experience across a handful of London’s most respected  Montessori schools, with Paint Pots (a long established and respected MEAB accredited school) being her most recent home. In 2018 she completed the MCI Trainer Qualification, enabling her to teach and support adults entering the Montessori world. 

Laura’s passion for enabling children of all backgrounds to access a Montessori education has driven her to volunteer across Malawi and South Africa. Through this work she has formed a tight bond with the Ikhaya Labantwana Preschool, with whom Playhood now partners. Watch the film she produced here
